Greenby OK (out for a kip) again?

MS Outlook is reporting the same for us/
The Greenby IMAP / POP3 servers are not connecting, the Plusnet SMTP server looks ok.

I've been unable to see my incoming emails this morning.   I wish Plusnet had either kept suppporting emails or chosed another outfit to take over.  

Greenby is RUBBISH!

Scratch that. The proxy is ok but the greenby mail server is AWOL.

Getting no service from Greenby, and I've paid up! #stupid

So this morning I get no email downloaded and no viewing via webmail. I can login and see there is email sat there though as the mailboxes show data in them!

Played with AI support for a while, but there's no 'real' people there atm as it's 'outside normal working hours'!

IMAP server definitely in trouble! Can log in to Greenby webmail but can't get emails.

From experience, these things are usually sorted out after a while. No need to panic (yet!).

Yeah I can now see the Ticket I started on my postmaster webmail! But I can't read it I get

"SERVER ERROR!

Could not load message from server."

ROFL, well not really, bit tedious this.

AGAIN    I'm unable to get in to see my incoming emails (or anaything else!!)

What the heck is going on?  And more importantly, how can this be fixed?

Have you been able to resolve this .... I am glad I have an alternative email site - which actually works.     If Greenby thinks I'm going to pay for their service when the time comes THEY ARE MISTAKEN.
