Greenby Migration Timetable?

Is there any news on when the greenby migration will be complete? And is there a guaranteed way to check whether one has been migrated? I don't have a great deal of confidence in "Try-and-login-to-Greenby-and-see-if-it-works" as a method of checking migration status. 
Its starting to get a bit adjacent to end of copper, but I can't move to BT fibre until my legacy email has been migrated. I also don't have a lot of confidence in communications, asI just discovered my mother's email is migrated to Greenby, in spite of no message saying migration complete.

Why not ? The Greenby account is only created at the point of migration. So if you can login using your existing Plusnet credentials, you've been migrated!

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

The other situation however , if you can't login how do you distinguish  between notmigrated and credential error?

@jimchjones What error do you get if you try to login here:https://greenby.com/ , with your PN username and account password?

Ok , there is another way if you are familiar with email headers.

If your account has been migrated, then incoming mail is delivered by the Greenby servers and will contain a header of the form :-  

Delivered-To: <your email address>

if it hasnt migrated then it will still be delivered by the Plusnet servers and will contain a header of the form ;-

Envelope-to: <your email address>

Thanks, took a look at the mail headers, but still not completely confident of status.

If your username linked on the portal is correct, you haven't.

 

You'll get an email from Greenby when it goes through.
