Email service not down.

Network issue earlier in the day impacting multiple services, not just email for SOME users.

Now fixed.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Was an internal network issue within Plusnet or something external to Plusnet?

@Anonymous 'Internal network issue' reported by Plusnet suggests it was the PN network.
