Greenby community forum

I find this forum most useful. Is there an equivalent forum in Greenby?
The Greenby support knowledge base (https://greenby.com/support/knowledgebase/faqs) does not mention one.

Will superusers like Townman and MisterW be replaced by super bots?

The Greenby bots response
"On your question: our knowledge base doesn’t mention a Greenby-operated public support forum. Right now, support is provided through your Greenby dashboard and help articles once your account is migrated. Until migration, Plusnet’s existing channels (including their community forum) remain the place for support."
You can check out but you can never leave ( easily)

@Protech

You're right. You can never leave PlusNet. The only problem is: How long will the PlusNet email community forum remain after migration?  Is there any way PlusNet superusers can become Greenby bots?

@redsox9 Joking apart - you CAN leave PN - I have, but remain on here as helping, where I can, keeps my ageing brain working and because I still have mail account.

@jab1

Your post proves you can never leave PN even if you change your ISP.

Re: Greenby community forum

How? I chose to remain active on the forum, and decided to keep my PN email account, merely to avoid having to change my contact address on many sites.
