Hi,

I'm the membership secretary for a voluntary organisation and I've started getting spam reject messages for emails sent to two plus.com email addresses.

I tried to PM the people listed above but after registering, I'm told that I don't have sufficient access to click on Private Messages.

How can I get my problem sorted out please?

Just in case it gets through, I've just sent full details to abuse@plus.net. The timestamp at my end was 3.33pm.

@zin92  you need to have made at least one post before you can PM someone. As you have now done that , if you try to PM now you should find it allows you

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
