Emails to hotmail from plusnet.com address going in to spam

This seems to be a new thing - a couple of hotmail users have recently told us that emails from one of our plusnet.com addresses are going into their spam folder. This looks like it could be a similar problem to the one a few months ago when emails to hotmail and microsoft.com were being rejected.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Could it be related to migration to greenby or hasn't that started yet?

Could be and might not have started for you!

Some email brands are complete, others are in progress and others have not started. Which email brand are you using? Are you sending as from a hosted domain name or the native brand email address?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
