Emails stopped being received from 17th Nov

I have a vehicle parked in a farmyard with a tracker fitted, if the vehicle moves then I receive an email, standard stuff. All was working fine until the 17th Nov at which point I stopped receiving the emails.

I have added my works email address & a gmail address to the tracker & I get the emails to both of those addresses, so it's pretty likely the issue is with Plusnet, although I'm happy to be proved wrong.

I have gone to my Plusnet account & I have whitelisted the Domain where the emails come from over a week ago (I think) but that doesn't appear to have fixed anything. The workaround of sending to my Gmail account has got me over the initial problem, but that's not point I'd like it to work correctly especially as I'll be paying for the service soon.

What is the receiving email service?  @*.plus.com or one of the other brands?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Could either of you look into if emails from the domain track-wise.co.uk are being blocked by the Spam filters, this appears to be the logical reason why the emails are not coming through.

The above and your PM refers to email from a specific sender ... whereas the title of this thread implies that NO mail from ANYONE has been received since 17th Nov.  Can you please clarify, is this no mail from this sender or no mail from anyone?  Just this sender points to them being trapped by the spam filters, probably due to unhelpful user / community actions.

Far too often folks who have signed up to services get tired of receiving their 'subscription' email and this proceed to mark them as spam rather than doing the decent thing and unsubscribe.  Their wreak less action in marking the email as spam can lead to the sender gaining a spammy reputation and consequently those users who do what the comms do not get them, as the fall foul of spam filtering.

White listing the sender can help ... and the business can get the signature removed ... but that needs the inbound messages ... which users will not have.

Apologies if it wasn't clear, all other emails are working to the best of my knowledge, although that is unsupported claim, as if there are others that are not working, I may not know about them, as they are not working.

However I do know that emails from the Domain track-wise.co.uk are being sent as they are arriving direct to my Gmail account and/or my work email account, but not via my Plusnet account, nor do they appear in the Plusnet Webmail portal.

Excellent, so your issue is that emails from a specific sender sent to an explicitly defined alias, have not being received since 17th November, not everything from everyone being not received.

That somewhat affirms my suspicion (discussed via PM) that this is a false negative SPAM processing matter.

@Leanne_T - is there any possibility of getting engagement of the right folks to look at this please?
