The emails appear in the sent folder but they are not being received
My outgoing server is relay.plus.net
My incoming from greenby is OK
I have read other posts about this but I can't find them now. I'm sending from Thunderbird.
What is the solution please?

Are these all emails or just to certain types e.g. gmail, hotmail?
Are you sure that they are not being rejected with the failure messages back to you residing in a Spam folder that you haven't seen?

Try sending yourself a test email, does that arrive ?

I logged into greenby web mail & found a message marked as junk which read
:Important: Mailbox Storage Warning
Your mailbox is currently using 4990.15MB, which is over 90% of your allocated storage (4.9GB).
To continue sending and receiving emails without interruption, please manage your storage or upgrade your quota."
It didn't quite have my correct email address, so I think is really is junk, but I don't know.
I did send to emails to myself on gmail, only one appeared.
Others went to private addresses.
Test email to myself just arrived

Thanks for sharing those details, @bertmay.
Am I correct in thinking it's only from Greenby webmail that some emails are going through, and it's still not working full stop via Thunderbird?
Also what email address did this come from?
Don't click any links within it, but if you can try clearing some space in your mailbox to see if this makes an improvement, that would be great.

I have deleted that already, so I can't tell you where it came from.
Emails I have sent to myself on gmail & to my plusnet address came though, they just took a long time to arrive.
