Email only account

Help needed.

I moved my broadband from Plusnet to Virgin on the 19th December as it was less cost than my previous Plusnet/Sky broadband /TV deal.

I had contacted Plusnet on the 27th of November to arrange an email only account which I was told would be done from my changeover date at a cost of £1.06 per month which I accepted.

On trying to check my emails on the morning of December the 20th I discovered my account had disappeared, I contacted Plusnet first thing that morning and after being told to phone another 2 numbers I was told it would be reset sometime that day, despite 5 phone calls in total I still have no emails.

I was assured on my last phone call that I was scheduled to be re connected but I am now on day 3 without any emails or further contact from Plusnet.

Any suggestions would be most welcome!

Hi @StuartK, apologies for the delayed response.

 

Looking over the account it appears some work was done to correct this on 20/12/18 off the back of the call you've mentioned.
