I'm not working today so I'm unsure of any problems, but I have checked in at various times today and webmail.plus.net has loaded fine, and subsequently my email has too.

At the moment I can login to Webmail just fine, and the list of emails shows quickly. All good... except each message shows:

 

Error code: 500 Internal Server Error

  • The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

Monday 8-15 

I have shortcut on desktop which i  have used for years 

this morning it connected normally a bit slow downloading new email

but all ok, just seem to be having erratic periods over the last week or so

I would state i am just ordinary joe bloggs

I only have webmail,    no domains,  no aliases

all i get is family emails or delivery details from ebay or amazon etc

I see the slow message and sort message on my login page and make allowance for it, 

but sometimes cannot even login. 

I have not had any trouble sending or receiving

have been getting a lot of spam recently , some of the old type from mrs delicious asking me to help

 get her millions back and aliexpress? marked as spam & deleted

I too had problems with Webmail either never logging in or failing to display the Inbox contents over the weekend (first noticed on Saturday morning).  This morning c09:30, I failed to login, but was successful around 12:00.  

I also have an automated system which does a POP3 download of any available emails in my Free-online mailboxes every 30 minutes - this morning it has logged error messages at 10:00, 10:30 & 11:00 but nothing at 11:30, 12:00 or 12:30.  I'll keep the error log to see if any pattern emerges.

Well, here I am 2 weeks later and STILL having problems. I need to get in touch with people but can't. Will our bills be reduced considering we're paying for a service and not getting it? Don't want to hear about anything getting moved over blah blah blah - your business problems - sort it out, I'm really getting sick of this and meanwhile the costs just keep going up and up. It's a joke.

Absolutely right as it’s down again just now. What a way to treat customers. It’s a high price to pay for the small savings over a proper BT account and I won’t be trusting Greenby with my business either.

Just constantly loading/refreshing not showing the emails that are there . Also showing message occasionally
Failed to reach server or shut down by server!

I have had a couple of reports of slow downs - which possibly covers things you've mentioned. However, largely all have been working for the last few weeks.

Well it isn’t working for me. All I get (ipad and iPhone) is that imap.force9.net isn’t responding. Working earlier albeit at a snail’s pace - over a minute to download 6 emails!

Webmail been bad for weeks, but I can usually get it working long enough to read/reply to emails - today it's been almost unusable the whole day. Logging in is generally fine, but it's pot luck whether I see a list of emails which I can't click on, no emails at all, or you can read an email but it times out when you try to reply. (This is a plus.com account)

At the moment, I can currently see the list of emails but clicking on them to read does nothing, and the "Refreshing..." sign is whirring away. (In fact, just as I finish typing this message the list of emails has gone, so webmail is showing nothing again)

I can report another to add to your tally.  Webmail is really slooooow right now.  My Inbox, which only contains twelve messages (only one of which has an attachment, of about 2.5MB), took over a minute to load.
