I know the message says the email will be slow but it's now completely hopeless. Mail won't load, constantly refreshing, have tried for days now - this is useless. There are people I am expecting to hear from and I can't get the messages. When will this end please?

Here we go again?
My email account is in the format username@account.plus.com
For a couple of days now things have been getting worse and worse both in Outlook 365 and webmail
In Outlook 365, Send/Receive is agonisingly slow, as is Synchronising Subscribed Folders for username@account.plus.com
Synchronising sometimes just fails altogether. I have more than once received error message Ox800CCC0E 'Cannot Connect To Server' - contact your server administrator or ISP
Meanwhile, Webmali is so slow I could make a cup of tea, boil an egg and go for a walk every time the Inbox is 'loading' or 'refreshing. It is quite literally not usable.
This feels somewhat different from other email problems in recent months.. This time it feels as if the servers are struggling to keep up with the load. It's scary - I feel no confidence that incming emails (inc from my doctor) will reach me.
Can someone please tell us if this issue has been logged and is being investigated?

Just checked my email - via Webmail - and it seemed to be working OK for me. I wonder if it varies on a user basis?
It has been very variable recently due to the ongoing work of transition. I just leave it and try again later, it usually seems to sort itself out eventually.

I raised a query earlier today (been our an about to the dentist so could not chase this earlier).
Webmail does seem to be intermittently lumpy today, but otherwise still working.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

At first sight the slowdowns do seem better via both Outlook and webmail, though perhaps not as fast as both have sometimes been at their peak.
The slowest part of the process is in Outlook --- "synchronising subscribed folders for my Plusnet address".
I'll check it all again tomkorrow.

You definitely have not resolved the issues.
Was actually better this morning, although the (ab)normal slowness of the last few weeks.
But now I can't get mail at all - webmail just shows an empty mail list (although the unread count for inbox is sometimes going up). Neither of my clients seem to be able to get any connection at all.

Fix has worked pretty well for rme so far (both Outlook365 and Webmail).

Worked last night from about 8pm, seems to be working so far this morning. But then it was working yesterday morning as well....

I knew some time ago that I should have moved my email and left Plusnet - but it never occurred to me that you would make it even worse! And seemingly not be bothered at all by it.

We're looking at all options to improve this for you. Apart from a slight spell this morning though, everything seems to have been working well.

No - I would normally use webmail most of the time, but I have a client on my laptop and one on my phone which were also failing.
It does seem to be working again now though.
