Email has stopped working

Hi there,

My email stopped working on April 10th and I've received no notification from Greenby that I'd been migrated. I've tried getting Greenby to send me a one off code so that I can access my account on their site and possibly do something to fix the problem, but no code comes through.

Can someone at Plusnet please let me know what the current status of my email account is, as I've received zero emails from Greenby about my account being migrated, so to suddenly find myself locked out 3 months after a migration I was never informed happened is a little hard to take.

Customers with migrated emails can login to the https://greenby.com/ web portal
using the same credentials as are used for the Plusnet Members Centre.
