Transfer to greenby

Adding to the multiple threads about no email. I stopped getting emails on Thursday. No migration email from Greenby, I can log in to their webmail but no emails since Thursday. I've tried Greenby support but I can't get passed the bot. Can someone from plus net help?

That is no indication of being migrated. Both the old webmail.plus.net and webmail.greenby.com route via a proxy and will work for migrated and non-migrated accounts.

Are you able to login to the Greenby portal greenby.com with your Plusnet username & password ? that is the indication of whether the account is migrated or not

I can't log into greenby portal as I have no welcome email yet

I am wondering if I have been closed down as I don't have Plusnet broadband anymore, but they have never asked me to pay 15 per year, which I would be happy to pay. I have had no communication about transfer to greenby at all recently, just the first email to say it would be happening eventually

It looks like you have been migrated (assuming your username in the forum profile is correct).

You'll have had a Welcome to Greenby email last month. 

If you've not already, visit www.greenby.com and try to log in there, and you'll be able to sort the account.

The https://greenby.com/ web portal accepts the same credentials as are used for the Plusnet Members Centre.

I just made up this username for the forum. My username is different, can I DM you specific details rather than out on here please. I have had no emails in the last month from Greenby or Plusnet
