Having had problems accessing my mail on Greenby I am now glad to say all is well and account is working. The problem was with Safari on my Ipad, even though I could log onto my account, I could not access the email. Now using Chrome on my IPad and Edge on the lap top, I am successful in accessing both mail boxes. Might be useful for somone.

How old is the iPad / what iOS version? There are many websites which do not work on older iPads from which there are no current iOS updates.
You experience becomes more helpful with a clearer context of your issues.

Which website is giving you difficulties and exactly what are they (what do you mean by “could not access”)?
- webmail.plus.com is the same as it’s always been and works fine in safari
- webmail.greenby.com I have not tried
Which email brand?
Default or secondary mailbox?

greenby.com is the web site I was referring to when trying to to access force9 email after migration. Using Safari on my IPad I could log onto the web site greenby.com but could not open webmail for the two mailboxes I have.
However using chrome on the IPad I have no problems accessing the webmail on greenby.com
