Email Failures

In the last few days I've been told of emails not arriving at there destination so decided to conduct a few tests to get to the bottom of it. Indeed several emails are not making it to the recipient after being sent with no failure or return message on my (senders) side.
 
Difficult to give a number as sometimes I'll send a batch of 10 and 4 will get through, then another 10 and 9 will get through.
I've sent via webmail and outlook and happens on both
Sent to hotmails, gmails, and non-generic emails and happening on all of them.
 
Of around 60-70 test emails, maybe 20 have gone missing and I have received no error message on any of them EXCEPT one. The header was as follows (I've only removed the email address it was sent to):

I've sent multiple tests to this email address. Several made it through, several failed and only one generated above mail delivery failure message.
 
Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear of your email issues.

 

I'm going to need to raise the issue to our Network Operations Team but will need a little further detail.

 

Are you able to please PM me:

 

- The email address you're sending from

- The email address(es) you're sending to

- The date & time of the emails you've seen issues with

- The full headers from these emails

 

It's basically what you've already provided but with the blanks filled in.
