Comcast blocking PN

Comcast appear to be blocking PN again.  Could someone have a look at this please?

Best to raise a support ticket when this happens (although having said that you probably did!).
Is it still happening artmo?

Yes I did Bob and you've asked Comcast to lift the block.  Haven't needed to use it since but will send a test message to see if i can get through now.  They take a while though to bounce back.

Bob, just sent an email to Comcast and got a reply from my friend so looks like things have been sorted. Thank you.
