Just checking the email sender is valid for I click on the link

Please confirm that the email sender stating that my Plusnet email account will be transferred to Greenby is legit and that I can safely click the link in the email to stop my account being transferred?

The email sender is plusnet@comm.plus.net

All the emails I have ever had from PlusNet in the past are from support@plus.net or donotreply@plus.net

I don't use my Plusnet email account anymore, so it doesn't need to be transferred

@Clarissa  I received an email about the migration to Greenby back in October 25, it was from plusnet@comm.plus.net.

I used the opt out link but I was not convinced it did anything as my plusnet webmail account is still active and has not been deleted yet despite the fact that the email said it would be closed on the 17th of November. I have been assured by staff that I have opted out. Have a look at this thread    ..... opted out or not?
