I get the same error message when I use my username and when I use my plus.com email address.

I have an icloud.com email address which I operate through my iphone, and this is working fine, but I assume its not attempting to send via plusnet's SMTP relay.

Hi Paul,

I have escalated this again ... in the meantime, can you please run your static IP address through MXToolbox.com's blacklisting checker and report back which blacklist it is on.

Have you previously attempted to send lots of emails via Plusnet's SMTP server?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Hi,

The blacklist check came back with one - "Spamhaus ZEN".

To be honest I hardly send any emails using my plus.com account, same for my wife and her plus.com account.  My son who lives with us, sends a few more emails with his account, but its still a relatively low number.
