I hope it works for you. I have been waiting 9 days now without being able to send or reply to emails with the same error message as you.

Same message - cannot send mail from iMac (Tahoe 26.2), nor can I send from iOS devices (also 26.2). Ran diagnostics as per another thread, no issues arising as Imap works and smtp shows authorisation successful and am receiving emails as well. Weird thing is I can send from the Greenby/Plusnet webmail! Been out of action for two days now.

Can you let me know which troubleshooting you have tried, just so we aren't repeating anything.
Have you had confirmation that your account has migrated to Greenby?

Hi Michael, thanks for coming back to me. The post I looked at was the one headed up “
Diagnose email server connectivity issues
No issues reported when I carried this out. I have migrated to Greenby and can see my account there, as well as see Webmail. But I get the same message as the post three or four posts up from mine when I try to send mail on my iMac. (iOS is less helpful simply telling me it does not recognise the sender’s address, regardless of whether I use an iCloud or Gmail address.). I do receive emails without any issues that I can see. Hoping you can point me in the right direction.

Was this the same error being seen in message 74, but Mac Mail and iOS rather than Outlook?
'Cannot send the message. Verify the email address in your account properties. The server responded: 550 <[Removed]> sender rejected (blacklisted by local policy)'?
