Sorry, I've been a bit thick with my previous replies, I've just realised this is a hosted domain!.

Are the other addresses you are able to send from domain addresses or are they <account>.plus.com ones ?

@Alex_H I think this is going to need someone from staff to investigate

I think I've found the cause - possibly spam from that mailbox. If you could just do a virus scan and let us know, i'll then unblock it for you.
