Apple Mail Clients not Updating after Transfer to Greenby

Hi,
searched through the threads and can't find any matching issues,
I don't routinely check my "Catch All" email and hadn't realised I had been migrated to Greenby at the end of last week. We had no emails delivered to Phone/IPad/MacBook over the weekend from the Plusnet accounts. Managed to get onto Greenby webmail and found emails from over the weekend and continuing to date but not reflected on the email clients. No errors showing up on the client, so appears to be connecting Ok.
Any suggestions.

I have to say that the Apple mail on my (older) iPhone is rubbish (particularly with AOL & Yahoo) but it doesn't seem to have trouble with my (Greenby migrated) Plusnet account.
I haven't touched the account settings which have worked for a long time.
- Host is imap.plus.net
- User name is name@accountname.plus.com
- Password is the Plusnet account password
- Server Port 143
I can't see anything "unusual" in the settings on the phone.
