Thanks for the update Bob. I did try whitelisting Amazon on my account but it made no difference.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Until around 3 weeks go I was receiving 4 to 5 Amazon emails on a daily basis then they suddenly stopped. An exception to this is that I am still receiving Amazon emails associated with any orders I've made and the payments and deliveries.
I have checked my Amazon account and my plusnet email is still the address that should be receiving the emails.
I've eventually stumbled upon this thread after trying to find a solution and see that there are another 2 users with the same issue although I find it hard to believe that there are only 3 of us that this is happening to!
Can someone at plusnet report back here what is happening here and what they are doing to fix this issue?

Graham, Bob Pullen is looking in to this - see 12 posts back and subsequent comments. I suspect it is not just three of us (+ Bob), but we will have to wait and see what he can find out/do.

Bob, I'm still not receiving any Amazon marketing/advertising emails that I have subscribed to. The only ones I've had are the ones for items I've ordered.

edit: actually not quite true, I got one Daily deals email on Christmas day on my Amazon account, none since! and none on SWMBO's account

OK, thanks for the clarification.
FWIW, I received both emails to two separate accounts early this morning, one with spam filtering enabled, one with it disabled.
There's a ticket with our Ops Engineers so we'll see what they can uncover...
