You shouldn't have had to change your profiles manually... doing that will just have meant your profiles were wrong as we just changed the global setting. Changing it on the 29th March also isn't possible as it's a Sunday.

Surely a safe script could be written which just requires running by whoever is in CSC that night? Or this a coded way of saying that between now and the end of March Plusnet is going to stop manning CSC on Sunday nights?

the change from GMT to BST and the other way round is always on a Sunday morning at 0200 hrs, the last one in March and October

Hopefully fixed... will find out in about 9hrs. Now to just hope the clock change works as I don't fancy having to try and tweak things on an iPhone.

I stumbled across the fact that they change at 0100 GMT a couple of weeks ago. http://uk.ask.com/ also shows that as an answer.
