Things appear to be improving - I have received notification of reply on the thread that I originally noticed I wasn't and on one which I subscribed to today, but I am still not getting pop-up notifications - something is still broken.

Hi Jack can a service info notification be posted please?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Yep, well I don’t know about the pop up notification as I’m not always on the community site page when the notifications come through.
From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Seems better - lots of notifications

I have been informed that there were some technical difficulties that affected the notification feed - these have since been resolved but please let me know if this issue is still ongoing.

Thanks @jaread83 - it appears to be fixed, but maybe Lithium should have at least let their users know, so we weren't thinking the problem was at our end?

It's certainly much better, but I'm not yet fully convinced that the Notification count always matches the number of items actually in the feed?  I did report some 'delayed' items appearing yesterday, so it could just be a bit of 'catch up'.  I'll keep an eye on it.

I got three notifications since my last post and they are all there. I think this issue may be resolved now but I will be keeping my eye on it for a bit before I go back to Lithium to let them know.

As the OP, I see all notifications - and pop-ups (when I'm on the forum, obviously). Still not 100% convinced, based on some comments here, but I'll try and keep a closer eye on things tomorrow, a little busy elsewhere today.
