Favicon in IE7 tab

Just an irritation;
I've noticed that when moving the mouse from link to link, the favicon displayed in the active IE7 tab flickers.
Most notably this occurs when hovering over the 'Home'|'Help'|'Search' buttons near to the top of the page, but perhaps thats just because the eye is closer to the tab?
It doesn't appear to effect the address bar favicon.
It doesn't happen on other sites (only tried PN Portal and Usergroup in fairness though, so quite a limited sample!)
No other browsers installed ATM, so can't test anything other than IE7

this is just the rollover image loading, its perfectly normal.

I'm using IE7 on Vista and the Favicon is perfectly stable at all times for me.

Saw it once or twice earlier, but it all seems quite stable to me with no flickering on the tab bar anymore.
