Is anybody else noticing slight loss in the evenings all of a sudden?

It's just starting again tonight and you can see it was there last night at a similar time...
Also, speed seems to be down - I sync at 80/20...

Just tried gateway hopping a few times and it seems to be the same so I don't think it's Plusnet's end, perhaps it's exchange congestion?

I'm not noticing slight loss, however i see my ping graph go up during peakish hours (6-10pm)
Not sure if this is my PS3 (Ghosts) causing such a graph? I'll find out tonight as i'm out from 6pm.

they are firmware upgrades to your modem

I've noticed these before on my line yet i was connected for over 40days?

I've been getting these on the hour, every hour, most evenings. I assume they are failed attempts to update the modem firmware, since it hasn't been updated. I've probably disabled whatever agent it is that allows it.
