Ok Bob the screen shots you requested from my whitebox which are much better than the previous ones. Last time I had any big dip was 13th March so posting last week of daily screen shots for you to see improvement.

Thanks, that does look better.

Re: Peak time latency spikes

@englishrick
I've been in touch with the other two customers who are being affected by this. Hopefully we can get an update from BT soon.

Re: Peak time latency spikes

Stil having issues here with slow speeds during peaktimes http://speedtest.net/result/2583212683.png ; All through today until around 4pm I have been getting 73mbps download speeds and as soon as peak time starts these are lowered. I am currently connected to gateway: ptn-ag04.  Please could someone from Plusnet look into this further? Or provide me with an update on the situation I understood that you were hoping to receive an updated exchange list today which details any faults with the exchanges?

Re: Peak time latency spikes

I was on pcl-ag06 and throughput was lower than normal, but much improved from last week. Got to agree with purleigh about the speedtest.net result when testing pcl-ag06 - it seems a cylinder was misfiring (or something along those lines) as the speed test graph was all over the place. I tried a large file FTP download from a mirror and it seemed like the transfer was halting momentarily for a split second (if that's possible) then starting again. Strange that reconnecting 25 mins later and it's back to normal again.
ptw-ag02 was a little weird too. First time I connected and did the 2x speed tests, they were perfectly normal. I disconnected/reconnected and was still on ptw-ag02, but speeds were 15Mb lower this time.
Anyhow, here's my gateway hopathon from this evening:

Re: Peak time latency spikes

I'm on ptw-ag03 and my pings are all over the place.  I tried a Usenet download as a test and downloading Ubuntu via http and speeds are poor and inconsistent.  The Ubuntu iso for example was downloading at less than 1MB/s, compared with my line rate of 6MB/s.
