PeteB: Can you link it? I think the one we've got for you on http://community.plus.net/ping-graphs is wrong 😕

Hi Chris,
After just looking at the ping page (checking things out, as not looked in awhile) I've noticed a discrepancy with my listing. Although my ID is in the right category the actual graph is for someone else's connection. It could be PeteB's as my description and ping graph is listed under his ID (in Unlimited 20cn).
I'd like others who have shared their graph to just check things are listed correctly on the page. Please post up if not to help Chris out with corrections required.

Re: New traffic management hardware

My graph now looks OK on the Ping Graphs page.  Smiley
My thanks to RPMozley for spotting this.
It is exactly the same as the one I see when I go to my TBB account.
I turned of the ping response of the pouter to check it and have now turned it back on.

Re: New traffic management hardware

Just wondering out of interest how people are managing to "gateway hop" is there a way of changing the gateway we connect over ?

Re: New traffic management hardware

Log in to the Modem/Router, in the Internet box, click Disconnect. This drops the PPP Internet session (this is not the sync), wait 30 seconds then click Connect. You usually end up of another Gateway. You can check which Gateway you are on. It should also ensure the relevant BT servers are updated with the current sync speeds.

Re: New traffic management hardware

Post for info only...
I was on PCL-AG01 yesterday(from an unknown date/time) and had issues with no VOIP audio to/from Sipgate.  My router doesn't have a disconnect WAN feature so I forced a reconnect by unplugging the Ethernet cable from the BT modem.  When the connection was restored (after 7 mins - See other threads about this!!!) I was on a different gateway and VOIP audio was OK.  IP PBX not rebooted and router not rebooted...
I'm not suggesting for one moment that the new traffic management hardware had any part in this, far too many other variables, but thought it was worthy of comment just in case...
