when is this problem gonna be resolved. please let it be soon as my kids are going mad no facebook lol

It is supposed to be fixed.
Just to check can you post the router stats - speeds, noise margin and attenuation - and the result of a BT speedtest

Line Attenuation 59.0 db 29.0 db
Noise Margin 7.3 db 7.0 db

Can you post the result of the BT speedtest and the current speed from https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed
As a side issue judging by your upstream speed you are either on ADSL2+ or the higher upstream BT product (used to be called Business I think)
With that attenuation you should not be on ADSL2 unless you really need the higher upstream

the password is the one you have in the router to connect to the internet
