@ffox That is why I asked Not because I doubt that the line trains over two days, I'm just not sure whether we're prevented from raising a fault by automated systems that may not have been updated with the new 2 day period.

You're unlikely to get any feedback on here until Monday, but if you login to the Member Centre at https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=questions&?helpheader=questions you can see if there is any update to your fault ticket.
CSC and Faults do work over weekends.

It looks like you've had a couple of disconnections but nothing major, your speed profile is still showing as around 75Mb according to BTs side of things - any chance you could run another BT speed test please (http://www.speedtester.bt.com)? Soon as we have the results from that I'll be able to push to get your fault raised (thanks for doing that).
