extremely high ping

this shows what my ping isthis only started about 2 3 days ago but my ping has been at like 250 to 300ms and ive been playing counter strike 2 and dead by daylight and its the same and i cant even walk properly im teleporting everywhere and ive done this thing on cmd and i typed tracert google.co.uk and it was saying my ping was 1ms on my router but then as soon as it connects to anything else it spikes to 170ms to 290ms

I'm assuming that you're using a Plusnet Hub-2.

Have you checked whether anything on your home network is doing a large upload, and using all of your Hub-2's upload bandwidth (and therefore killing your broadband connection latency). 

Possible culprits -

• Mobile phone doing cloud backups ?
• Other users uploading or using video calling ?
• A BitTorrent running ?
• Someone remote viewing your security cameras, etc ?
• Streaming content to a gaming platform such as Twitch or YouTube ?

Does running a speed test give the results that you would normally expect ?

That does look like a local issue with your broadband connection, your router being overloaded with excessive traffic, although there could be some issue with your first hop to Plusnet gateway 172.16.32.122  however if there was a gateway problem then others would be similarly complaining.
