download speeds same after engineer

Hi.
After a problem with line speeds I reported the problem and an engineer came out and replaced the line and reset it. On the downstream test it was downstreaming at 79meg but speedtest on pc states that download speeds are 14meg with upload speed at 15meg. As im on Plusnet Unlimited im assuming that im not being throttled. Would this be a problem with the router? Any help would be apprieciated.

Hi there.
Looks like the profile on our end hadn't catched up with your improved speed.
I've just changed that manually for you now and you should see a improvement in the next 30 minutes
If it's still slow after then I'd recommend logging into your router and disconnecting then reconnecting your connection or rebooting the router
