View My Usage page

Has https://portal.plus.net/view_my_broadband_usage/index.php been disabled for unlimited accounts now?
Mine has been showing...

for the last two days. My new billing period started yesterday.

Hi digitalham,
I'm sorry you can't view your usage at the moment. We're aware of this issue affecting some of our customers and this is being investigated under Problem: 79608. We'll restore access to your usage as soon as we can.

Thanks. It's no big deal really but I do like to keep any eye on it as I have a number of applications that automatically upload data and it's a good way to see that they are working correctly and neither stopping nor going berserk.

My usage page has been showing that error message for almost 6 months now.. I assumed it was permanently broken.
The Usage History link still works, and shows previous 3 months' usage.
It's just the current month that is bust....

Yeah it's just the current month that's broken.
We're still investigating the issue though.
