Very slow getting worse

It would be super-helpful if one of stathe‘s tech-savvy sons could read all the helpful advice and warnings in these many, many threads, and post on this forum.

I hope they appreciate that staying with PlusNet will, in a few months or less, orphan stathe’s current landline phone number, leading to its loss. I also hope they appreciate that ‘dealing with the phone line later’ is not an option for stathe, as he’s stuck with a very poor copper line. Perhaps migration to BT for a PDPL line for a few years is the only prospect for that copper line.

I hope that his new 3mobile service will suffice for contact purposes.

Well I now have a good connection with 3   why didn  Plusnet do this for me I can hardly say they fixed my problem

They now say they have fixed my problem which of course they know they have not and want to close  my   complaint

Why  do they think they have  fixed it  ??  but  never mind I will stay until migraterd and the end  weith copper replaced with 3 Thankl you   of course they should have  pointed me there  long ago
