M y line has now been fixed by  the BT Telecom people   and works but  still very slow

BT have restored the telephone but need faster internet   should be  1.8  to 2

not that easy as I need Plusnet email and wired phone   for many reasons I am over 90 years old and several linked aacounts  Had prersumed Plusnet would migrate me at some stage ?

My currrent speed can be bettrer

Engineers visited yesterday and restored my copper phone  Very Helpful    Internet  still prety useless has been much beterrin the past  why not now

If your broadband connection is slow and the engineer has completed the work needed, please report this to us either by text or by giving us a call.

YOU are supposed to be part of the "Plusnet Help Team" !

You have acknowledged that@stathe has a problem with his connection, but all you have done is tell him to report it again.

@stathe is disabled, 90 years old, not tech savvy, and doesn't have a mobile phone to report his problem by text.

Why don't you take responsibility and ownership of this issue, and at least run a DSL line test to see if the problem is real ?

While you are working on that, can you also explain to him what will happen to his ADSL connection and Plusnet account in a few months, when his phone service is removed as part of the Openreach PSTN phone retirement.

Where   next   I have  been  with Plusnet for years   so expect  some sevice    Thank you

Suspect noiser margin 6 or 7 as on previous   upsets was then lowered to 2 or 3   but unable to check as cant get into  router

Neither can I find posts   dealing  with it

@stathe  DO NOT let them talk you into migrating for free to EE or BT, as that won't work and you will lose your email.
