Done a search for ticket 76497 and can't find anything (perhaps I haven't looked hard enough or Google's index of this site can't find "76497").

I haven't had this working since around a month after I first became a PlusNet customer. It isn't a huge issue for me but I would like the information.

I started a new billing month yesterday and since then, my usage has been accurately recorded.
Has the problem been fixed for everyone or is it something to do with where you are in the billing cycle? I have noticed before that mine seems to go wrong towards the end of each billing month.

My billing started on 14th, since then only one record showing a small peak usage.
Showing zero peak usage currently.

Still broken.
My billing cycle starts on 20th of the month, so will see if it starts recording usage correctly again tomorrow.

Zero Usage

Just checked my usage and it shows no usage for Yesterday or so far today.
Is something amiss at plusnet end?

After the month-end reset, mine was ok for a couple of days but is now under recording again.
This thread has been live for nearly 3 weeks now and the last update from PlusNet was 10 days ago. I realise that it's probably a low priority fix but some sort of status update would be nice.

VBMU Still saying "Sorry, there's nothing to show at the moment.".
Been like this for 6 months. Any chance of a fix PN?

VMBU appears to be broken yet again.
My usuage hasn't been updated since yesterday lunchtimish. Again, not really an issue being on unlimited, but I like to keep an eye on our usage all the same
