Usage report showing no usage

I'm 9 days into latest month (Dec) and the usage report is showing nothing. However, my PC Networx  usage report shows over 1 GB usage so far current reporting period.  Is there a problem at PlusNet end?

There has been for heaven knows how long but as most customers are on unlimited contracts very few bother about it.

Hi there.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems viewing your usage.

I'm experiencing the same issue for you, so I've refreshed things on your account now.

Could you switch your router off for 10 minutes then back on, letting us know if you can view your usage after that?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

As requested turned off for 10+ mins. Still no usage reported. Will try again over weekend.
