Upgrade

How I do ask for an upgrade? I’m not happy with my WiFi speed and would like to upgrade but it doesn’t give me the option to upgrade when I click “upgrades and perks” does anyone know why this is?

What service are you on, @xaprilxleex and what speeds (measured how) are you getting? Sight of the output from here: https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome - hiding your address, would help.

Just be careful to commit funds to the actual cause of your Wi-Fi issues.

Wi-Fi speed issues are very often caused by having failed to install enough Wi-Fi Access Points
to provide sufficient coverage for the size or physical structure of the home or building.

If this is your situation, spending more money on a faster internet connection will not improve
the Wi-Fi Speed or its coverage in your home.

For comparison we have 12 rooms on 2 levels, to deliver good Wi-Fi throughout there is a Wi-Fi Router and a two Wireless Access points we also have network sockets in four rooms.

@PhilipHeyes All good points, but until we get information from the OP as to what their actual issue is, I can't see how we can usefully help. Are they talking about actual connection speed, or WI-Fi network speed?

@xaprilxleex  If it is WiFi that is the problem have you read this where to put router to improve wifi ?
