Uncap/increase Upload Speed for Lync

The stats in reply #2 were excellent though, upstream had 75 CRC and 86 HEC in 27 days. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the ADSL link.

You're right - the stats do look good. It's a strange one - it shouldn't be an issue on that line.
