One of the fault finding steps is "try another router", but no guidance is given on how to do this.
I have my old Sky router, if I was to use this, how would I go about it?
I assume I would have to sign into the router and amend the account details? Anyone have any guidance for this?

Hello there
You will need to enter your broadband username and account password (the on you use to log into the Member Centre), however Sky's routers may be locked to their service and if this is the case, you might not be able to connect to Plusnet using a Sky router.
