I'll stick with Matt's graphic and I'll not bother with a 72 hour run as my line is now almost fully stable.
Thanks for your time

You need to Telnet 192.168.1.254
The CLI command is syslog msgbuf show hist=enabled
Normal Telnet timeout is 60seconds, so you have enough time to Mark & Copy the screenful.

Won't be able to do this till tomorrow as I'm at work.
I did watch my SNR's last weekend via RouterStat and it was very respectable and steady 5 to 7 dB
My Router sync was also showing a very steady and consistent 6103. I'm hoping that the 4800 quoted by Matt isn't a reduced 6103 from last weekend !

I don't call 5 to 7dB very steady, but it does depends on how in particular, and when, it is varying. I'd like to see some of those jpgs - you can attach them to a post, can you post some up when you are home and have time.
To add an attachment to a post, if you didn't use the Reply button, when you've typed the message, click on Preview, then below the box you'll see the + Additional Options and Attachments..., click on the plus then Browse to where you saved the .jpg

Here is my RouterStat Connection speed last Sunday showing a very steady 6103 Downstream:
Here is my Noise Margin at the same time showing just under 5dB:
Fast forward one week and the PC has not been used all week:
Connection speed now down to 5534 and Noise Margin up to 9.9Db
Here is my Ookla via Plusnet BB speed last Sunday:

Why ?
I'll continue to monitor through the long weekend to see if my usage theory holds any water.

The problem with external servers is they can take a long time to load sometimes, they go down, images get deleted - so anyone searching in future where information in a thread like this would help, they could have an imageless thread to read
I'll just study all the data for a moment as something doesn't seem quite right, but some encouragement is that the SNRM "flatness" looks promising. I'll post back a bit later - don't bother with sync graphs that are completely flat and showing no deviation or change.

There would certainly seem to be a lot of noise still present after this resync as the SNRM is lower at 3.7dB and a high CRC count.
A couple of questions, is the RSL sample time definitely 10 seconds? Does the timing of the SNRM changes and sync loss co-incide with the use of anything electrical in your location that you might be aware of? (Don't live very close to an electrified railway line? - just trying to eliminate any silly possibilities).
When was the last time you switched off/rebooted the modem/router - might be able to deduce that from previously posted/saved DSL stats if you don't remember?

At that time the wife was on the phone (Modern Panasonic Cordless) but, she's at home most of the time and she's been on the phone quite a lot over the last 5 days (incoming and outgoing calls) with no issues.
At the moment I'm running at about 6.5dB and connection of 5650.
Looking at my stats, yes I have the occasional disconnection but it seems that BT's DLM is punishing me for it.
Q: This SNR of 6.5dB - is this good or bad and what is better higher or lower?

Thanks, the phone was in use at the time. But as above, it's been in use most of the last 5 days without issue.
I've just looked at the phone stats and the phone call was received at 10:23 which looks like one minute after the disconnection if I'm reading the logs correct ?
