Speed outages

Hi,

I've problem with broadband speed.

During day period I got around 14Mbps, which is perfect, but after 10pm my speed dropping rapidly up to 0.7 Mbps..

Where could possibly be the problem?

My location is Farnborough.

Our tests aren't showing any issues and there's no capacity issues reported in your area.

We'd recommend raising a fault at https://faults.plus.net so that our Faults team can get this looked into.
