Intermittent Connection

Hi,

 

Having a bad time with the internet connection, keeps disconnecting and slow running. The line sounds clear but has been noisy in some phone calls. Rural line with aluminium cable

I have checked your connection and I can see that you have had quite a few drops over the past few days. Can you run through these checks please from this link http://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/
