Speed dropped....

I've unplugged my router a couple of times recently with thunder about (I lost a router once to lightning so I'm always wary now). Anyway, the speed has dropped down to about 33mbps instead of nearly 50. Could someone rest the line please? TIA.

Re: Speed dropped....

The mods can't do that - they do not work for Plusnet. You will have to contact Customer Support.

Re: Speed dropped....

It was possibly one of the Help Team, who do work for PN, but they do not usually respond to PM's, and the support routes have been tightened up.

@MartinConnolly

I believe this is now resolved?

Not really helpful posting the same question across two threads, it is also against forum rules.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Speed dropped....

Yes, I didn't mean to, I was just looking for the contact name and realised he had said to update that other thread if necessary. Apologies for breaking the rules.
