My broadband always slow  has got slower  burrowbridge <Redacted> has it been interfered with

ADSL? FTTC? FTTP? Do you have an operating landline phone? What are/were your BB stats?

No idea though slow seems better now surely you have my details ??Not computer literate

Yeah. I have "all your details" much as you have all my details.

You must at least, know what package you are on? Anyway, as it seems better now...

I, like most posters on here are simply customers of Plusnet, not Staff.
