Slow speed - nearer exchange?

I've just ran a few tests and checked out your account. Your connection had 2 drops at about 6.30 tonight. I rather hope that was you rebooting as with the line test I did I also got 2560k sync so if it stays like that we'll see an IP profile of 2000.
