Does RouterStatsHub work with a Hub Two modem with a FTTP connection?
If not, is there an equivalent utility that will give similar information?

What are you looking to achieve?
Edit: The Hub Two on FTTP is only a router.

I've had the FTTP connection for about a month and when I do a speed test I'm getting about half the estimated speed. The computer registers 38Mbps where the connection is supposed to be 74Mbps. The guaranteed minimum is 40 Mbps. However, my computer is not directly connected to the Hub Two, but linked via a powerline adapter, and I've noticed several dropouts of the internet, sometimes lasting a minute or more.
I was after some monitoring software to try and monitor the speed at the hub and compare it to the speed at my computer to see if there's any problem.

Ah, Powerline connection - not always the best idea. However, I shall leave further comment to @Dan_the_Van .

Any chance of getting the PC nearer the router, if only temporarily, and using Ethernet or Wi-Fi?
AFAIK RouterStats never worked with the Hub 2, even when used on Broadband. (FTTP isn't Broadband)

You really need to run a speed test with a direct ethernet connection. If this shows near 74 (I usually get over 70) then the problem is with your set up.

As already stated you do need to perform a speedtest with a PC (preferably wired) directly connected to the Hub, it is also important a cat 5e or better cable is used for the ONT to Hub's WAN port. The Hub Status page WAN Link Speed should indicate 1000Mbps.
powerline adapters can be problematic for some.
The Hub event log will indicate any PPP disconnects Hubs Home >Advanced setting >Technical log >Event log
It can be exported as a CSV file and attached here if you want it checked.
I thought SamKnow Whitebox program had ended?

Update to this:
I plugged my laptop into the Hub Two using an ethernet cable and measured a speed of 75Mbps. So the effect of the powerline adaptor is to halve the available internet speed! As well as introduce serious dropouts. I have read that the performance of these adaptors deteriorates with age - mine is now 13 years old - so definitely time to think about getting a new model!

Obviously a fully wired connection would be best, but it not always practical for everyone.
I would expect power adapters of that age will not be as fast as the newer ones.
Be careful when you buy new ones, some powerline adapters only have a 100Mbps LAN port, not a problem for your product but I would go for still spend a bit more to get 1000Mbps LAN port.
