Router issues

Once again router plays up 8 times in last 24 hours router cuts off and resets. takes 5 to 10 mins each time to reconnect and when it does for 1st hour or so service too slow. no point ringing them up as all i ever get is about downloading an app to check my wireless make sure that other routers not interfering with router and to find best channel. problem easy router is naff.

Dont see why i should need to buy a new router as a router comes as part of my contract, so best try ofcom to get out of contract and [-Censored-] of to a company that really cares.
