Renewing Contract Online?

Hi present contract runs out next mth & can't renew online, when I try it just says "Something Went Wrong try later" It would just be convenient at the moment.
Appreciate any help

Is Full Fibre available to you. Check  - https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

 

You're looking for WBC FTTP in the left hand column.

 

If it is then PlusNet are not currently showing upgrade options as they sort out their website. Full Fibre isn't available to new customers. You need to phone in to find out your choices.

 

Be aware that if it's available and you order it, you lose your phone line and NUMBER.

The fact that you have posted on the full fibre board might be causing confusion. If you are referring to the standard FTTC fibre or fibre extra service then can you please advise and I will move your post to the correct board..

Either way, your best bet is to ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632. This number is normally answered quite quickly

Hi thx for comments, present contract with Plusnet is unlimited fibre. I'll just ring.

I think @Baldrick1 was trying to establish whether you're presently on real fibre (FTTP) or pseudo fibre (FTTC).
