Remove card from PN and MAC question.

How do I remove my card from Plusnet website. I want it removed because I do not want my final payment being taken from this card. I can remove that and add the one I want the final payment taken from, if thats the only option.

Re: Remove card from PN.

Hi there,
I've removed the card details for you now.
You'll need to add the payment details for the final payment though, or give us a call to do this.

Re: Remove card from PN.

I ordered MAC on Monday morning. Is the 4th day today or tomorrow?

Re: Remove card from PN.

Today is the 4th day, the MAC will be automatically appended to your account either today or tomorrow.

Thanks again.
I guess I will be given the MAC tomorrow since it is passed working hours now?

Re: Remove card from PN and MAC question.

I added to the ticket if I can have a free dial up after I leave so I can still have access to this forum.

I thought I can still have access to the forum? I thought I read it somewhere.

Re: Remove card from PN and MAC question.

This is what Matt Taylor wrote on another thread of mine. If this info is not correct then I will just remove it from my ticket.

Sure, the best way is to add a note to the ticket asking that we downgrade the account to a free dial up - that way it should happen once your migration out is confirmed.
Hope that helps,

Re: Remove card from PN and MAC question.

I think that what OldJim means is that the Dial-up is not free. You need to pay for the 0854 Call.
The Dial-up account and Mailboxes are free and remain active as long as you retrieve you mail at least once every 3 months. You can retrieve your mail from your new Broadband account if you like and thus avoid the cost of the Dial-up call.

Re: Remove card from PN and MAC question.

A slight exaggeration - it isn't free as you have to pay the connection charges.  Grin
Actually you don't need it to continue to use the forum although you can't sign up as that needs an active Plusnet account (dialup counts for that I believe).

Re: Remove card from PN and MAC question.

Thank you for clarifying that.  Wink
So I don't need the free dial up? I don't use the email any way just the forums. I'll just remove that fom the ticket then

Re: Remove card from PN and MAC question.

You need to ask for the account to be downgraded to dialup PAYG to keep the mailboxes.
